第三届数字创新大会在中以（上海）创新园会议中心正式开幕。以“数智‘半马苏河’ 赋能城市未来”为主题，搭建政、企、学、研各界交流融通大平台，聚焦上海数字创新发展。

3rd Digital Innovation Conference was officially opened at China-Israel Innovation Hub (Shanghai) Conference Center. With the theme of "Digital Wisdom 'Half marathon SuZhou River' Energizing the Future of City", Conference build a platform for communication among the government, enterprises, academia and research to focus on Shanghai's digital innovation and development.

On Feb 25th, 3rd Shanghai Digital Innovation Conference Taopu Digital Transformation Forum was successfully held

本论坛由普陀区人民政府主办，普陀区桃浦智创城管委办、普陀区规划和自然资源局、普陀区桃浦镇人民政府承办。普陀区委常委、常务副区长姜爱锋，市生态环境局副局长吴启洲，市规划和自然资源局二级巡视员任芝浩出席并致辞，上海城投(集团)有限公司党委副书记、工会主席杨茂铎，上海华谊（集团）公司副总裁陈耀，上海建工集团股份有限公司副总裁周军，市住建委、市绿容局以及普陀区相关职能部门、桃浦镇、桃浦智创城公司、临港工开发公司、开发商等单位代表出席。

本次论坛旨在打造一个思想交汇、观点碰撞的开放式平台，分享在推进桃浦智创城数字转型相关领域实践经验，探讨数字化转型的新路径、新模式、新机遇，强化数字化先进技术应用，推进实现数智新未来，共同提升桃浦转型蝶变“含金量”。

普陀区副区长肖立出席闭幕式。在为期两天的大会里，通过5场论坛和1场主题展览，汇聚起政、产、学、研优势力量，分享展示了许多令人耳目一新的数字产业前沿技术和前瞻产品，引发与会嘉宾对于未来城市数字化转型方向和发展趋势的无限畅想，为“半马苏河”水岸经济新篇章注入澎湃动力。

Xiao Li, Deputy Director of Putuo District, attended the closing ceremony. During the two-day conference, five forums and one theme exhibition brought together the strengths of government, industry, education and research, shared and displayed many refreshing cutting-edge technologies and forward-looking products of digital industry, which aroused the guests' unlimited imagination on the future of digital transformation of the city, and injected strong impetus into the waterfront economy of "'Half marathon SuZhou River".

On February 2, Putuo District leaders visited the Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai

区委常委、常务副区长姜爱锋，副区长肖立率队访问了以色列驻沪总领事馆，与新任以色列驻沪总领事白乐潍（Ravit Baer）、副总领事洪以檀（Eytan Halon）进行了深入交流。区外办、桃浦智创城公司、以色列驻沪总领事馆等相关负责人员参加了本次会晤。

副区长肖立对白乐潍总领事的到访表示热烈欢迎，并感谢以色列驻沪总领事馆一直以来对中以（上海）创新园建设的关心和支持。白乐潍在听取了园区的建设历程及创新发展成果的介绍后表示，希望未来能够继续与普陀区开展更多合作，共同推广双边文化交流，为中以两国创新合作树立典范。

Xiao Li, Deputy Director of Putuo District, welcomed Consul General Ravit Baer and thanked Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai for its support for the construction of CIIH. After listening to the introduction of the construction process and innovative development achievements, Ravit Baer expressed the hope to continue to carry out more cooperation with Putuo District in the future, jointly promote bilateral cultural exchanges and set a model for innovation cooperation between China and Israel.

On Feb 3th, He Bin, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and chief procurator of Putuo District Procuratorate, visited Taopu Smart City and CIIH

何斌对桃浦地区蝶变式的转型成果表示充分肯定。他表示，检察机关将积极发挥作用，更好地服务和保障好园区知识产权、营商环境等工作，把各项措施真正落实落地，切实有效推动中以（上海）创新园和桃浦智创城的高质量发展。

He Bin fully affirmed the transformation results of Taopu area. He said that the procuratorate will play an active role to better serve and protect the intellectual property rights and business environment of CIIH, implement all measures and effectively promote the high-quality development of CIIH and Taopu Smart City

2月15日，新疆克拉玛依市政府副秘书长、先科院院长阎立军一行到访中以（上海）创新园

On Feb 15th, Yan Lijun, deputy secretary-general of Karamay Municipal Government and president of Advanced Science Institute, visited CIIH

双方针对2022年10月签订的《中以（上海）创新园与克拉玛依市先科院科技创新战略合作框架协议》，就下一步如何深化合作、加快对接、活动筹办等内容作了深入交流，全力推动创新合作取得实质性成果。

In accordance with the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation in Science and Technology Innovation between CIIH and Karamay Advanced Science Institute signed in October 2022, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on how to deepen cooperation, accelerate docking and organize activities in the next stage, and made every effort to push for substantive results in innovation cooperation.

2月28日,葛均波院士莅临指导中以（上海）创新园

On Feb 28th, Academician Ge Junbo visited CIIH

葛院士参观了园区创新企业，就相关科研项目提出建议，并对园区以及园区企业的发展进行了现场指导。

Academician Ge Junbo visited innovative enterprises in CIIH, made suggestions on relevant scientific research projects, and gave guidance on the development of CIIH and enterprises in the CIIH.

2月28日，中以（上海）创新园召开2023年中以专项政策评审会

On Feb 28th, CIIH held a 2023 special policy review meeting

评审会包括知识产权专项资金申报等多项内容，并汇集专家意见，完善下一步工作计划。

Review meeting, included the declaration of special funds for intellectual property, and gathered experts' opinions to improve the next work plan.

2月17日，“张江之星”企业培育工作交流会顺利举行，园区企业螳螂慧视科技有限公司入选“张江之星”潜力型企业；2月25日，螳螂慧视获评2022年度桃浦镇科创引领奖。

On Feb 17th, the "Zhangjiang Star" enterprise Cultivation work meeting was successfully held. Mantis Vision Technology Co., LTD., was selected as "Zhangjiang Star" potential enterprise. On Feb 25th, Mantis Vision was also awarded the 2022 Science and Innovation Award in Taopu Town.

近日，园区企业海每康开发的“手功能代偿系统”入选上海市2023年度“科技创新行动计划”生物医药科技支撑专项项目，并荣膺普陀区生命健康产业新锐企业奖。

Recently, the "Hand function compensation system" developed by AI Care has been selected as the special project of biomedical science and technology support of Shanghai 2023 "Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan", and also won the award of the life and Health Industry New Enterprise in Putuo District.

恰逢上海制皂集团成立100周年，中以（上海）创新园诞生的中以合作新品牌“HANA&MOSHE’S”联名上海制皂厂在上海中心全新发布。以色列驻上海总领事馆、中以（上海）创新园、上海制皂公司、英蒂格公司等出席活动。

On the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Shanghai Soap Making Group, CIIH’s China-Israel cooperation brand "HANA&MOSHE's" co-branded Shanghai Soap Factory was launched in Shanghai Center. Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai, CIIH, Shanghai Soap Making Company and Indig Company attended the event.
