习近平强调，中以经济优势互补，完全能够进行互利共赢的合作。一些中国企业积极参与以色列基础设施建设，许多以色列创新企业到中国落户发展，双方合作打造了海法新港、中以常州创新园、上海创新园等标志性项目，创新成为两国关系的亮点和助推器。

Xi Jinping emphasized that China and Israel have complementary economic advantages and are fully capable of conducting mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation. Some Chinese companies have actively participated in the construction of Israeli infrastructure, and many Israeli innovative companies have settled in China. The two sides have cooperated to create landmark projects such as Haifa New Port, CICP, and CIIH. Innovation has become a highlight and pusher in the relationship between the two countries.

Jiang Dongdong pointed out that it is necessary to improve the position, thoroughly implement the important speech spirit of Xi Jinping,general secretary of CPC, fully implement the municipal party committee and municipal government’s decision-making and deployment, and the tasks proposed by the 11th Party Congress of Putuo district, and use the strength of the whole district to promote high-quality development of CIIH and Taopu Smart City.

11月21日,“以色列日”创新体验活动在普陀中以（上海）创新园举行

On November 21th, "One Day in Israel " innovation experience event was held in Putuo CIIH

以色列驻沪总领事爱德华、副总领事茉馨、商务领事韩宁伟一行与普陀区委副书记、代区长肖文高进行了会面。本次“以色列日”创新体验活动在去年的基础上进行了全面升级，以6大主题活动、30余项互动体验、20个特色工作坊的介绍展示为切入，带领参观者们从音乐、美食、舞蹈、绘画、设计等各个领域体验以色列独特的民俗风情与文化魅力，同时感受在这片古老的土地之上正不断涌现出的创新活力。

Edward Shapira, Consul General of Israel in Shanghai , Mor Ben Moshe,Deputy Consul General, and Niv Hanan,Commercial Consul, met with Xiao Wengao, Deputy Secretary of Putuo District Committee and Acting District Mayor. "One Day in Israel " innovative experience activity has been fully upgraded on the basis of last year, with 6 major themed activities, more than 30 interactive experiences, and display of 20 special workshops, leading the visitors to learn Israel’s unique folk customs and cultural charm from various fields such as music,food, dance, painting, design, and so on, at the same time experience the innovative vitality that is constantly emerging in this ancient land.

为贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神和市委、市政府有关部署要求，11月28日，普陀区与临港集团区企合作座谈会在临港集团总部创晶科技中心召开，签署共同推动中以（上海）创新园建设的战略合作协议。

In order to implement the important speech spirit of Xi Jinping,General Secretary of CPC,  and requirement of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the Putuo District and Lingang Group held District Enterprise Cooperation Meeting at the Lingang Group Headquarter’s Chuangjing Technology Center on November 28, and signed a

On November 8th,International Taxation Department of State Taxation Administration of PRC visited CIIH

黄素华副司长对园区已取得的成绩表示充分肯定，并希望园区要加大对企业的扶持力度，切实加快成果转换。

Huang Suhua,Deputy Director of International Taxation Department, affirmed the achievements of CIIH and hoped that CIIH would increase support for enterprises and effectively accelerate the commercialization of R&D.

11月5日—10日，中以（上海）创新园合作伙伴趋势线（TRENDLINES）首次亮相第四届进博会

From November 5th to 10th, CIIH’s partner TRENDLINES debuted at the 4th CIIE

趋势线（上海）医疗科技发展有限公司首次亮相第四届中国国际进口博览会医疗展区创新孵化专区，在20多个创新孵化区的项目中，TRENDLINES参加了六个。
